在各地发展战略性新兴产业的热潮中，四川省日前发布了《四川省电子信息产业2011年度工作计划》，制定了年收入2600亿的年度目标，将重点发展软件与信息服务、新型显示与数字视听等7大产业集群，扶持壮大四川长虹、卫士通、川大智胜等40户重点企业。Amid nationwide efforts to develop strategic emerging industries, Sichuan recently released its 2011 Work Plan for the Electronic Information Industry. The plan sets an annual revenue target of RMB 260 billion and focuses on seven major industry clusters, including software and information services, and new displays and digital audiovisual products. It will support the expansion of 40 key companies, including Sichuan Changhong, Westone and Sichuan University Zhi Sheng.
根据计划，2011年四川省电子信息产业的年度目标是实现销售收入2600亿元，同比增长30%；实现增加值同比增长28%；电子信息产业规模继续保持中西部第一。The plan sets 2011 targets of RMB 260 billion in sales revenue, up 30% year on year, and 28% growth in value added. Sichuan aims to maintain the largest electronic information industry in central and western China.
计划明确四川2011年要重点做大的7大产业集群，包括软件与信息服务、新型显示与数字视听、集成电路、计算机及外设、宽带通信与网络产品、信息技术装备类及应用电子、电子元器件及材料等。其中，重点壮大液晶显示（TFT-LCD）面板、等离子体显示（PDP）面板、有机发光二极管显示（AMOLED）面板、液晶（TFT -LCD）电视机、等离子（PDP）电视机、3D电视机、笔记本计算机、平板计算机、智能手机、CPU芯片、连接器件、卫星电视地面接收设备、雷达设备、二极管、光传输设备、光缆（光纤）等超过10亿元的产品16个。着力支持长虹、京东方、卫士通、川大智胜等40户重点企业。The seven priority clusters for 2011 are software and information services; new displays and digital audiovisual products; integrated circuits; computers and peripherals; broadband communications and network products; information technology equipment and applied electronics; and electronic components and materials. Within these clusters, the province will focus on expanding 16 product categories each worth more than RMB 1 billion: TFT-LCD panels, PDP panels, AMOLED panels, TFT-LCD televisions, PDP televisions, 3D televisions, notebook computers, tablet computers, smartphones, CPU chips, connectors, satellite television ground receiving equipment, radar equipment, diodes, optical transmission equipment, and optical cables and fibers. Particular support will go to 40 key companies, including Changhong, BOE, Westone and Sichuan University Zhi Sheng.
