根据国家2008年对高新技术企业重新审核认定文件（国科发火【2008】172号）、《高新技术企业认定管理工作指引》（国科发火【2008】362号）的要求，公司通过认真的自查和充分的准备，2009年10月通过咸阳市科技局提交了陕西省高新技术企业认定申报资料，经陕西省高新技术企业认定管理工作领导小组办公室组织专家评审，并报全国高新技术企业认定管理工作领导小组办公室备案，2010年8月16日我公司正式被认定为陕西省高新技术企业。In accordance with the national 2008 document on the reassessment and recognition of high-tech enterprises, Guo Ke Fa Huo [2008] No. 172, and the Guidelines for the Administration of High-Tech Enterprise Recognition, Guo Ke Fa Huo [2008] No. 362, the company conducted a thorough self-assessment and made extensive preparations. In October 2009, it submitted its application for recognition as a Shaanxi high-tech enterprise through the Xianyang Science and Technology Bureau. Following expert review organized by the office of Shaanxi's leading group for high-tech enterprise recognition and registration with the corresponding national office, our company was officially recognized as a Shaanxi high-tech enterprise on August 16, 2010.
