7月22日，秦都区2022年7月份重点项目集中开工，区人大常委会主任吴新建宣布开工令，区委副书记段志华主持开工仪式，区委常委、副区长段朋泊等区级领导及各街办、部门负责人参加。On July 22, Qindu District held a joint groundbreaking ceremony for its key projects for July 2022. Wu Xinjian, director of the Standing Committee of the district People's Congress, announced the start of construction. Duan Zhihua, deputy secretary of the district Party committee, presided over the ceremony.
