5月29日,咸阳市科技局邀请有关专家对咸阳华清设备科技有限公司研制的“粉状材料烧结匣钵自动化装卸料系统装备”项目进行科技成果鉴定，鉴定委员会听取了课题组所作的工作总结、技术总结汇报，查阅了相关技术资料，经质询讨论后认为:该成果开发了具有自主知识产权的粉状材料自动化装卸料工艺流程，并研发了满足该工艺流程的整套设备；各个工序对应的功能单体设备设计先进，其中粉料匣钵烧结后粉料自动解碎装置和粉料匣钵自动匀料装置，技术上有创新；通过自动化生产过程以及粉料装卸过程中的粉尘回收，提高了粉料回收率，显著降低了生产过程的有害粉尘污染；通过自动化称量加料，提高了生产工艺的一致性，保证了产品的质量。该成套装备技术先进、性能可靠、操作简便。经陕西省机械产品质量监督监测总站检测，各项技术指标达到设计要求，经用户使用反应良好，该成果填补了国内空白，整体技术水平在粉料烧结领域处于国内领先水平，可替代进口，市场前景广阔。On May 29, the Xianyang Science and Technology Bureau invited experts to evaluate the scientific and technological achievements of the Automated Loading and Unloading System for Powder-Sintering Saggars developed by Xianyang Huaqing Equipment Technology Co., Ltd. The appraisal committee heard the project team's work and technical summaries, reviewed the relevant technical documentation, and reached the following conclusions after questions and discussion: the project developed an automated powder loading and unloading process based on independently owned intellectual property, together with a complete set of equipment to implement it. The individual machines for each process stage have advanced designs, with technical innovations in the automatic deagglomeration system for powder after saggar sintering and the automatic powder-leveling system. Automated production and dust recovery during powder loading and unloading improve powder recovery rates and significantly reduce harmful dust pollution during production. Automated weighing and feeding improve process consistency and ensure product quality. The complete system offers advanced technology, reliable performance and straightforward operation. Tests by the Shaanxi Provincial Machinery Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Station showed that all technical indicators met the design requirements, and user feedback was positive. The achievement fills a gap in domestic technology, places the overall technical level at the forefront of China's powder-sintering field, can replace imports, and has broad market prospects.
