具体要求： 岗位职责： 1、与客户对接，明确各项要求。 2、根据客户需要，对项目产品进行方案设计和产品设计。 3、对公司产品所用材料进行基础分析研究；承担相关的技术攻关项目。 任职要求： 1、高分子材料、复合材料相关专业本科学历。 2、掌握复合材料的基础理论和专业知识。 3、掌握复合材料成型工艺、方法及相关技术知识。 4、掌握复合材料成品检测检验技术知识。 5、较强的文献、专利检索和阅读能力；善于观察和总结，具有独立思考能力，学习能力强。 6、具备机械设计知识，能熟练使用SolidWorks进行3D建模、2D出图及CAD应用的人员优先。Responsibilities: 1. Work with customers to clarify requirements. 2. Develop project concepts and product designs to meet customer needs. 3. Conduct basic analysis and research on materials used in company products and undertake technical problem-solving projects. Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree in polymer materials or composite materials. 2. Knowledge of composite-material fundamentals and specialist theory. 3. Knowledge of composite forming processes, methods and related technologies. 4. Knowledge of inspection and testing of finished composite products. 5. Strong literature and patent searching and reading skills, observation, synthesis, independent thinking and learning ability. 6. Mechanical design knowledge and proficiency in SolidWorks 3D modeling, 2D drawings and CAD applications preferred.
