2014年7月7日，陕西科技大学机电工程学院机械制造及自动化专业吴垚，燕卫亮，刘涛等五位在读硕士研究生在陕科大副校长曹巨江教授的带领下来我公司参加了为期一周的交流、实习活动。On July 7, 2014, five master's students in mechanical manufacturing and automation from the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering at Shaanxi University of Science and Technology, including Wu Yao, Yan Weiliang and Liu Tao, came to our company for a week-long exchange and internship. They were led by Professor Cao Jujiang, vice president of the university.
机电工程学院始建于1958年，经过近五十多年的建设，已发展成为以设计制造、机电一体化、材料成型、过程装备、工业工程、物流工程等专业为主的教学、科研和高级人才培养基地。近几年来，该院承担国家自然科学基金、国家科技重大专项以及省、部级项目50余项，承担企业合作项目60余项等。该院每年都培养出一大批高素质的工程技术人才和管理人才，许多毕业生已在国内外知名企业中担任要职。Founded in 1958, the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering has developed over more than five decades into a center for teaching, research and advanced talent training, with specialties including design and manufacturing, mechatronics, materials forming, process equipment, industrial engineering and logistics engineering. In recent years, the school has undertaken more than 50 projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation, major national science and technology programs, and provincial and ministerial programs, as well as more than 60 enterprise cooperation projects. Each year it trains many highly qualified engineering, technical and management professionals, and numerous graduates hold important positions in renowned companies in China and abroad.
来我公司参加实习活动的同学是陕科大机电工程学院精心选拔的优秀在读研究生，他们分别在我公司技术部和生产部两个部门开展工作。在一周的实习过程中，同学们收集和查阅了大量的资料，灵活运用所掌握的理论知识，结合我公司的实际情况，通过与相关单位领导的深入交流和自身的勤奋努力，提出了一些具有较高参考价值的理论模型及创新思路。The interns were outstanding postgraduate students carefully selected by the school. They worked in our technical and production departments. During their week at the company, they collected and reviewed extensive information, applied their theoretical knowledge flexibly to our practical circumstances, and held in-depth discussions with relevant managers. Through these discussions and their own efforts, they proposed theoretical models and innovative ideas with considerable value for reference.
本次活动的成功实施，为我公司与陕科大机电工程学院的广泛、长期交流合作，积累了经验，奠定了良好的基础，为校企双方优势互补、资源共享开辟了道路，为企业解决一些技术难题也起到了积极的推动作用。The successful program provided experience and a solid foundation for broad, long-term exchanges and cooperation between our company and the university's School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering. It opened a path for the university and company to complement each other's strengths and share resources, and helped advance solutions to some of the company's technical challenges.
